The Méaulte site is specialized in nose section assembly and manufacturing of large composite parts. The aeronautics factory in Méaulte, one of the most modern in Europe, has the latest hi-tech production facilities: mobile assembly lines, robots, automatic riveting machines, digital tools on workstations (production control, 3D instruction sheets on touch tablets, augmented reality for production and quality control).
IndustriLAB is an innovation centre, training centre and technology transfer centre, for all of industrial sectors, groups and SME. This tool is oppen for aeronautic, railway and automobile industries.
IndustriLAB based on network of partners (universities, technical centres, industrial centres) to mobilize skills and means for projects. It’s a engineering intechnologies showcase with permanent team of experts, exhibition spaces, meeting and conference rooms, conception, computationnal, simulation and fabrication resources, space dedicated to training.
The existing lessees since the its opening are STELIA Aerospace, and the Lycée Henry Potez. The new entrants are Form’aéro, Ascodero productique, Prodess, Baron, Altran, Vesta, ARCEO Technologie…
Industrilab is also : 3 000 m² of technology facilities divided into individualised industrial research and development box-laboratories, various facilities equipped with overhead cranes and access-controlled, 1 700 m² of technology facilities dedicated to training, 1 200 m² of office space with superfast broadband, 300 m² dedicated to virtual reality
